A fish and an eagle

Some of the lovely sights I see in the boat with Steve. We hear eagles on the river a lot and I thought I spied one at the top of one of those utility poles - I did! With my Panasonic Lumix I could clearly see one and the focus was not too bad for such a distance. So Fun! 

The fish is a Crevalle Jack, the bulldog of the sea. Steve teases that he has caught the same one numerous times! They are quite prevalent here in the river, but they are not sweet eating so he throws them back with as little handling as possible. It is fun to catch one though, as they do put up a fight. This one seemed the biggest caught so Steve measured it and it was about 20" long.

"You wanna go out fishing with me later today, Lenna?" - YES!!
