Bright and low

Taken at lunchtime in a week where it's felt rather chilly. The sun was bright, big and blinding as it sat low in the sky. It made the sky behind look almost like it was night time even though it was the middle of the day.

There was a woman walking her dog in the foreground but the light was so strange I only became aware of her when she made some noise! Amazing dark and light contrasts which my mobile phone captured well.
