Dancing Tree

Christmas decorations are slowly making their way into the house from the garage, and my porcelain tree was the first thing out of the box this evening.  I tried to do the zooming lens thing but couldn’t get the results I wanted, so chose to zoom out ‘with my feet’ as my instructors used to say, backing away from the tree while the shutter was open.  Which accounts for the staggering dancing lights...no, honest, I’d only had 2 sips of my homemade eggnog.  Honest. 

The second tree is the reflection in the window.  

Now, where did I leave that cuppa nog?
