Pillar Of Culture

Kultursøjlen means pillar of culture and that's apparently who he works for. Ironically enough, he is cycling past direct free competition. The pillars are all over town and are legal places to place the sorts of adverts you see in the background. His bike is designed to hold the posters.

"Bill Stickers is innocent" was always one of those childhood tags that made me chuckle, here it is actually true  ...in this case anyway.
