Phil’s Gardening Services – Take Two . . .

Following on from a week or so ago Phil turned up today with his lawn-mower.  Unfortunately he brought the sit-on one and we had trouble getting it up the ladder so he did this bit by hand.
 
 
It’s all happening with the hedgehogs.  What we thought was two now appears to be three.  It’s unusual for two to hibernate together, let alone three, however when I put the trailcam back this morning I spotted a ‘side entrance’ to the property.  Well it’s most unlikely that it will NOT be a side entrance as the house is a solid construction, so I guess it will be a granny flat built into the wood and leaf covering that I installed over the house, and the third hedgehog will be in residence there.  As far as we can see we most likely have mother and offspring in the main residence, and possibly dad in the ‘granny flat’.
