Virtual sun

It was a chilly departure from Malvern.  I was taking a few days off with friends in Reading en route so had ample opportunity to stress about whether the piping at home would be OK in the cold weather.  My hosts were also stressed due to one of their children being home with chickenpox and the other with a vomiting bug.  Despite this we managed to enjoy each others company.

Reading friend is thinking of getting a camera so we went on a walk round the area so I could show what all the controls did and hopefully allow him to consider what functionality he actually needed.  Just round the corner was a basketball court and park built on an old airfield - although there's nothing there to show the history of the area, the roads around it have names like Hurricane Way or Kittiwake Close.
