Tempe Arts Festival

This festival had only 350 booths this year which is still so many vendors.  This artist had Bruce Springsteen's "Born in the USA" playing as he did the painting, also of Bruce.  He did is super fast by spinning it round and round as he painted.  It was nice cool weather out so it was nice to be walking about.
