Red

A super day from start to finish. We drove over to Nairn and went for several walks. It was frosty and super sunny. The colours were amazing.
We found a little cafe open and sat outside eating pear and blueberry cake and drinking hazelnut flavoured steamed milk. The cafe also provided blankets and hot water bottles if needed ,what a great idea :)
We walked by the harbour admiring the reflections of the boats and came across this little group of redshank ,I loved the colour combination. The sun was becoming lower in the sky as we walked down to Loch Lemington. Never seen so many swans in one place both Whooper and Mute swans and plenty of noisy geese and ducks quacking away.
