Sunny bridge carving

This morning we took a series of Vélib' bikes down to the canal and then to the river Seine. As the river side road is now closed to traffic we were able to walk/cycle along it in the nice December sunshine.

Today's blip is a smiling face carved on to the Pont Notre Dame bridge. I think he is the Greek god Dionysus of wine.

After a little shopping - some long socks from Decathlon for my father - we eventually went to La Crêperie de Josselin for dinner with family. It was okay, but if you want good crepe go to Brittany...
