Tagetes

One of the flower plants I potted yesterday. The rest of the Tagetes are pompoms, but I love the simplicity of this single.

Poppy of the day in Extra Shot. Getting this shot was a challenge. The gusty wind kept the flower bobbing and swaying, and the petals kept fluttering. Add to that the flower was in a nettles patch and I was wearing calf-length jeans. The things we do for Blip.
