Marianne and her wool

Today we stopped by to see Marianne at work and pick up our annual allotment (vegetarians avert your gaze here:) of frozen lamb which she gives us as a thank you for keeping her sheep over the summer. She then brought out this huge basket of her hand dyed wool and told me to pick a skein, in exchange for keeping the fence mended.
