The first time that I have to bake our Christmas cookies without sugar.
I thought that I better try the different substitutes - I'm not really a fan of them and I was afraid  "Xucker" (made from beech bark) and a "Stevia"-product would gave a strange taste to the cookies.
The boys and J. were very pleased, when I asked them to taste the cookies... and it was a hard decission, so they had to eat one more and another one and... :-D 
I had to be glad that I could rescue some cookies for my blip :-P
Result: The cookies have become more crisp with a lot of sparkles, but they taste not that bad what I exspected.The Stevia version is slightly perfered from the boys, Xucker from me.
