Avian Influenza

The Welsh Government have declared a Prevention Zone to help protect poultry from a strain of Avian flu that is circulating in Europe.
All poultry ,including our 6 ,have to be housed until 6th January.
This is obviously going to cause the large commercial poultry keepers major problems. More and more customers are buying free range eggs and in the run up to Christmas many people have ordered free range turkey or goose ,which of course is a grazing bird.Problems apart the last thing we need in the country is an epidemic of Avian Flu.
