Change of plan

First day back at work after 2 weeks off - grim.

I started work early and the weather was nice this afternoon so I finished a bit earlier and the plan was to have a bike ride with Mrs RH but when I went to get her bike out of the shed the back tyre was flat. She has had a bit of a slow puncture for a while but it looked like I was going to have to do something about it now.

I couldn't find a puncture or anything in the tyre so popped it back together, any idea of a ride had gone by now so I tweaked the brakes (hopefully for the better) and the gears and I went for a run instead :)
