Seeking Old African seeds

6th December 2016:

Our teams install pumps all day everyday now, within a radius of 200km of the factory in the most desolate and undeveloped areas imaginable.

They take the pictures, record the GPS location, depth of well, number of beneficiaries, the previous distance travelled for water and the source.

They locate a contact and phone number (There is always a phone!!!)

They also record the schools situation, the number of Gogos (old people) , the number with disability to enable us to join the dots and find help.

They also record the use of plants that we don't know about tat we can research.

In many more remote areas we find this old style maize which produces big seeds and a large harvest and which is not so dependant on perfect climatic conditions.

From this area in Rhumpi, they collected some seeds and also sweet cassava.

More news as time elapses.
