Uhoh...

Managed to get an appointment at the GP surgery. Unfortunately not all good news - I have an infection in my lungs. The GP was surprised I was not feeling worse and not having higher fevers and pain. Anyway, this whole battery of medication should quickly kick in and should help me get over the infection.
