Catch Up Christmas Blip

Trying to get back into the habit of a blip-a-day .... 

One of our Christmas traditions is this musical advent tree which is quite small - say 250mm tall? and has a variety of little decorations, one for each day of the advent calendar.  We have yet to buy the real tree and as our two grandchildren will be with us there has been a degree of toddler proofing going on :-)  

I did print the card address labels this afternoon - which involved another of our Christmas traditions, the one where we discuss the possibility of it being quicker and less stressful to hand write them!  We went food shopping early this evening too - though Sainsbury's seem to have some particularly cringingly cheesy Christmas muzak running in the shops now ... Gill asked at the customer helpdesk if it had to be quite so loud but alas, the volume is set from head office .... if I was a marketing researcher I'd be inclined to throw in the occasional give it some stick blues rock into the play list just to see what got people smiling .... 

SRV could probably do it :-)

I do actually quite like Christmas!
