The Glasgow Phoenix Choir

The Choir traditionally give their last Christmas concert of the year in East Kilbride, and we traditionally are in the audience.  It is a wonderful concert, a beautiful Christmas celebration.  Marilyn Smith is a warm hearted and talented conductor, and has the most wonderful sense of humour too.

'O Holy Night' sung by Elizabeth Dingwall, with the backing of the Choir, always gives me goosebumps, and it really starts my Christmas feelings off.

The church was packed as usual, a very friendly evening all round.  And we came home to watch 'Strictly' on Catch Up.

It all made up for the weather.........
