Retreat House

Cafodd  dysgeidiaethau yn eu cynnal yn y  tŷ encil ger y tŷ lle cysgon ni a lle aethon ni am brydau. Treulion ni llawer o oriau yn gwrando ar ddysgeidiaethau neu ymarfer myfyrdod.


The  teachings were held in the retreat house near the house where we slept and where we went for meals. We spent many hours listening to teachings or practice meditation.
