These wee buggers appear to be staging a  viral pandemic - have a love/hate relationship with them.

Leaving the Metro at Place de Brouckère I was confronted with a good kilometre of these led-illuminated boxes strung across the boulevard all the way to la Gare du Midi.

What is cost? What is point?
