A Santa in Waverly Station, with a sign next to it inviting people to take their photo next to it then post resulting picture on Facebook for some reason. I declined. Especially as Santa is actually only about two thirds as tall as an average adult and to get a decent shot would involve contortions on the part of the person who stood next to him.
