NAME THAT FUNGUS!

This dear little mushroom was growing in the grass and leaves in the cemetery. I thought it was a daisy at first (of which there are plenty still flowering there), but I'd like to know what it is. I've looked all through my mushroom book, and it might be a type of Coprinus. The view from above is today's extra. No tricksy thumbnail today, in the hope of attracting the attention of a fungus fan.

As happens in all my worst anxiety dreams, my aim of finishing my work has been thwarted by having to spend a large chunk of today making the washing machine accessible to a repairman, who then told us he could fix it, but the parts would be so expensive we might as well buy a new one. Grrrr. It's only about five years old, but he also told us (correctly) that in common with most people we probably hadn't followed the manual instructions to run a hot service wash once a month which would prevent lots of the nastiness from building up and causing the corrosion which had buggered the drum casing thingy (technical term) at the back. So there's today's hot tip, blippers. Anyway, more time had to be spent ordering a new machine, and then using the opportunity to make some alterations to our laundry (cupboard in the first floor bathroom). Therefore… filing and accounts still not done.

Still not as bad as at Mum's house. Work started this morning on her new - supposedly safer - bathroom, and sister R sent this (extra) photo of a large wasps' nest the bathroom man found under the floor by the toilet.  Poor Mum, she was very reluctant to have a new bathroom anyway, and dreading the disruption.
