Christmas is coming

In any town and city you will see that Christmas is near when the lights and Christmas trees are put up.
Here in Newport we have a big real tree up the top end of the shopping area but in the new shopping centre we have two gold and silver coloured cone shaped Christmas trees.

Friars Walk Tree of Light - ' Show you're thinking of someone this Christmas time…'

The Friars Walk Newport Tree of Light it is located in the new retail development at Friars Walk. We welcome you to come to see the lights as they are turned on at the opening ceremony on 12 November.

Christmas is a special time of year and so Newport Uskmouth Rotary Satellite Club are focusing on the Friars Walk Newport Tree of Light to provide an opportunity for you to remember a loved one, to wish someone good luck for the New Year or just to send a message out to wish everyone a Merry Christmas.
