Late Afternoon Shadows ....

Even though it wasn't all that warm today we still went out for a little walk.  We went back to the Plainfield Rail Trail ... we had gone there two weekends ago.  We walked the same trail but then drove to another entry point on the Rail Trail.

On the drive home we also stopped at another entry point along the trail.  As we got out of the car I saw these white ducks.  At first they were walking away from us than turned around and literally pickup up the pace to run towards us!  It was adorable!  But as soon as they realized we didn't have any food they swam up stream!  

We were there late in the afternoon and the sun was just starting to go down.  I have intentionally left this photo dark in order to leave the ducks in silhouette.
