White cow with a mouthfull  of cake (feed). A pretty morning on the farm whilst out on the feeding rounds. Husband still stuck indoors with his bad back. New feed blocks put out today, a bucket with concentrated hard lick in it, each type has a specific balance of minerals and energy depending on what you want. Ours are getting forage booster which has a high urea content that helps them utilise the roughage they are eating. They are 25kg buckets so half my weight so takes a bit of strength to put them in and out the back of the buggy and in one case carry it to a good hard place to feed it from as the buggy can't get in that Field!
