Flight Feathers

... all ready to go. These Alpine choughs are amazing acrobats and the speed they fly at is incredible. I must go to spend some time with them, with the camera on fast speeds to cope with their antics. The extra gives a sense of their arrow type flight.

I am going as high as possible to be with the wonderful Alpine animals and birds this week as the weather is so fine and dry. Next week is family visits in the U.K. then Christmas will be upon us. Hope you are all organised, I am not!
