High five

Today we were in Bristol for yet more shopping. The first dress I tried on was purchased for my works do on Friday. Success. Coffee at Costa. A stroll round the very disappointing Christmas market (I am becoming a connoisseur of Christmas markets). A few Xmas presents purchased. A meltdown in a card shop (having Esther has doubled the cards I need to buy). A pint in the Christmas Steps (a very cute pub, pictured). An hour back at the hotel letting Esther blow off some steam with a much needed crawl around. Christmas cards written. A meal at a weird little Japanese place (I'm still not sure if I enjoyed it or not). Back home and bed (for 9pm). Wow what a day.
