Red Hot And Chilly

Have felt as cold as ice at times over last few days, then feeling on fire but on the mend and back into work today. Please excuse the rather desperate blip today. I am away to Birmingham tomorrow and have tried to have relaxing night. Best of a not very great bunch. Hopefully normal service to resume shortly.
