Araneus Diadematus

This Garden Spider has taken up residence in the kitchen and although it looks huge its only about half a centimetre. This is my second spider macro having blipped a zebra spider earlier on this summer. I couldn't quite get the same catch light in its many eyes but the cross on the back and leg spikes make up for it to some extent. As for the day, not particularly eventful spending half of it in Staines and the other half in Windsor. If anyone was finding it hard to spot Ursa Major in my Saturday blip hopefully its a little clearer now.
