Another screw up.

My fridge freezer broke down again. Yes again for the fourth time. This is the drip tray they sent to slip in at the back of the machine. Doesn't fit doesn't work so I've got to phone them and get another engineer. I could tear them into little pieces and stomp on them. Why do I bother to pay the insurance. ?
