Saturday night

These are some of the photos I took on Saturday night at HMS Sultan Christmas Ball. I sometimes work for another photographer and he had been booked to take formal shots of the guests.

It was incredibly busy and we both worked solidly for 6 hours with barely a break. He was offering prints on the night so I took the photos and he printed them. 

Everybody looked very smart (dress uniform and ball gowns) As the night wore on the guests became, how shall I put this?, merry but I think that meant they bought more prints! Anyway I finally left at midnight and was completely knackered the next day but I got well paid so that's OK
