Getting the picture

A fabulous little exhibition at the National Gallery, based on primary school children's responses to Veronese's painting of Darius' wife and children pleading for mercy from Alexander. They looked at contact, process, materials, composition, historical context, emotional meaning, and produced a whole range of displays in different media. Wonderful.
