Hanging Samaras ...

...which are winged seeds, from a maple (I suspect). Captured from our back door, against a mostly dark background.   I can't resist the squirrels feeding outside our bathroom window, so here's another in the extra. The last one was four days ago, with his pumpkin seeds :)
