Bærums verk!

Went to Bærum where my mother lives and we went to Bærum Verk, hoping to get in Christmasmood!
At Bærum Verk they found an iron ore about 400 years ago and in 1641 a melting hut was set up. Everything, like cannon balls, cannons, armoured plates, ovens , grave ornamentations, hardware and machineparts have been made here throughout the years. Now the mainroad here has a rich and exciting milieu! There is also an oven museum with a unique collection of antique cast-iron ovens produced at the Ironworks!
