My beloved Oslo - the artic fog

One of many things I love about Oslo is that when there is fog like today, there are areas in the city that totally change character. The Opera is such a place. A few short steps from the hectic Christmas-bustling main street Karl Johan, one comes suddenly into an "arctic" ocean of fog. A world of coldness, ice and snow, so fare away from one expect from an urban environment I can imagine. It is simply pure genius architecture that can change expression with weather.
