The Lone Rider

The actual picture I initially planned to make yesterday, but had to abort because not a single car passed regardless my endless patience waiting.
So I set the alarm and tried it again today, but more towards dawn now.
Nevertheless I still had to wait damn long for the first car to pass and grant me my picture WITH movement in it.
I like yesterdays alternative shot too, so I ended up with two nice blips!
If you're ever in The Hague you should have a look here at night - and don't forget your camera - because this area I call 'Small Manhattan' is illuminated in a very different surreal way.
In this shot the bright blue light under the metro flyover makes the shot!
