Flambé

Cooking up a storm, almost literally, flambéing mushrooms in brandy to be added to sauce. It is one of Jen's specialities. Also made a recording in Slo Pro on the iPhone, an app which allows one to switch the Full HD camera into a 720p slow motion camera, results on youtube.
