Brougham Castle

A breezy summers morning here in the Eden valley, so I decided to go for a drive towards Lowther then back via Morland. Today I finally got my prints done and dusted and sent off, only a matter of time till I get to see them up.

For this photo I waited until there was direct sunlight on the castle and then snapped away. Processed in Lightroom 4 to darken the blue sky and recreate the effect of a polarizing filter.

Oh and happy 70th granddad!
