The Tree is Missing

One of my oft-photographed local landmarks has gone!

I've photographed one particular tree in my local park many times - and at some point between February this year and now The Tree has been removed. :-( 

My favourite picture of The Tree was in the snow in early 2009 - and to mark the occasion of my noticing that it had gone, there's a little blog post with some more pictures of The Tree.
