Paella

Last night we went to see our favourite chef.  We didn't even look at the menu, he just asked if we liked paella,  the answer yes, so he made paella for us.  While we waited we feasted on what I will describe as a wonton with sliced mushroom and a prawn inside, grilled baby leeks and a pork skewer with teriyaki sauce.  Now I  know you are thinking that that is a mixed up menue but his fusion of  Thai, Japanese and Spanish cooking works.  This was the most I have eaten all week and when I got home I fell asleep.  I  have woken up feeling better.  So apologies yet again for the back blip, it's getting a bad habit.
