Self medication!

I had a nasty bout of coughing and sneezing at the beginning of the week and I've now passed it on to Mike and I'm feeling a lot better!  He's erring on the side of caution and is going with "feed a cold, starve a fever"!  

This apple cake was barely out the oven when he started on it.  Particularly good with natural yoghurt or ice cream apparently,  just the thing for a manly cold!
