Frigid Fun!!

Oh the weather outside is frightful.....but we spent the night out in it anyway!!!  Al's brother, Bill (the fantastic artist) and his wonderful wife, Kathy, went to see Zoo Lights at the Detroit Zoo with us tonight!!

I was grateful we didn't bring the little ones...it was less than 10 degrees.   But it also kept the zoo from being crowded, which was lovely!!

It truly was a winter wonderland, and we all felt like little kids again.   There were trash barrel bonfires here and there, and hot chocolate in a cafe where we warmed up for a bit.
