Candlesnuff Fungus

Nothing new around this morning so I'm falling back on Xylaria hypoxylon (Candlesnuff Fungus) which is quite abundant.  If you knock it the spores come drifting out looking like smoke from a snuffed candle wick.  I've read that it is a bioluminescent fungi - phosphorus in the mycellium reacts with oxygen and emits a weak light - although it would need a very long exposure in a dark room to capture in a photograph. If I can find a suitable example I might try to do that.
