Leeks

No soup left for lunch today, so I had to get a sandwich from Tesco instead. I've been meaning to make soup all week but haven't got round to it until tonight. Potato and Leek, and Spicy Squash.

Also threw some beef in the slow cooker for a recipe I found for Beef with Barley and Mushrooms, but I realised I don't have barley so it's going to be a risotto instead. Hopefully.

Noticed last night that the nights are getting darker. Will need to start thinking about a winter project to see me through on here. Suggestions?
