Out and about

A quick 17 miles around Ashton Court, 50 acre wood and Leigh Woods. Mostly off road, a bit greasy, a bit rooty, a lot of fun.

Still in my bike love period. There's nothing about this bike I don't like.

Usually cycle with company but it's good to go on your own sometimes. You notice more, perhaps and concentrate a bit more on your own riding.

There was a brief coffee stop but I justified that as a way of getting some change for the bike wash.

There are not many better feelings than a bit of outdoor exercise.
