Wall Art - 86

Spotted this one by accident.  There was a really heavy shower of rain which the strong wind was driving right into me.  I stopped for a moment to shelter in a lane and spotted this partly hidden behind a traffic cone which I moved out of the way.
Looks  like it has been there for quite a while. I'm intrigued as to what it looked like originally. I wonder if that could be guns with the flowers sticking out the end? Possibly an anti war image?
