Favourite tree No 4

This is my next photo in the series Favourite Trees at Dancersend Nature Reserve. This time it's 'two for the price of one' - a very successful interracial relationship that's been working for around 100 years. An ash tree and a beech tree, growing alongside each other, have completely fused into a single trunk. I supposed it could now be called a 'beesh'. I see the more sinuous ash wrapping her branches around the hard, upright trunk of the beech. There's definitely something quite moving (and erotic!) about it.
