It was an interesting walk this morning...

And then came non-stop chores. Two loads of wash hung out to dry. Holiday cooking. A couple errands. We finished laying out the blackberry bed, put the new plants in to take advantage of tomorrow's predicted storm, mulched the bed with straw, and spread some chips in the path. It was a beautiful sunny day to be outside, and very satisfying to see how orderly that part of the yard looks now. Whew.
