Thankfully Alice was both a keen, good & and dedicated cook. 
You can't "both" three items can you, realistically? But doubtless you get the idea.
She was a trained confectioner to start with so the rest came easily.
If I/we/she found a recipe we both liked she found it easier to make her own recipe book than either make a note of which page on which book or "bookmark" a web page.
This is the result. How fortunate am I?
We bought 1/2 a red cabbage during the week before she died. So one, forgotten, day this week I made her "Sticky, spiced Red Cabbage".
I can't claim it matched Alice's, but it'll do me, "It's a bit of nut bad Tackin."
