Gloria in excess

Driving home from Friday dinner with my sister, I was struck by the over-the-top Christmas decorations on a nearby house, and had to stop to photograph it.  Here you see the best, and easiest to capture, part of the display.  Standing alone, these little reindeer would have made a lovely display.  Unfortunately, they were only a small part - for the whole thing, see the Extra.

It snowed all day today, lovely to look at, and fortunately not sticking to the ground, though it was cold.  Now that the temperature is sitting at 35, I'm glad to be in the warm indoors.  I hope all of you are enjoying your holidays and keeping out the cold.
